Due to the digital nature of our business, Crumpled Dog does not consume vast tracks of open countryside. However, we inevitably send a lot of our work to the print industry and this is an area where we are committed to ensuring that, wherever possible, the suppliers we use have an extensive EMS policy, relevant certifications, adhere to ISO 140001 and source their stock from FSC certified sources. If we have an exisiting relationship with a supplier that does not conform to these stipulations we will encourage ther company to embrace them and we will aid them, where we can, in achieving this.
The Crumpled Dog Directors has the overall and final responsibility for the Environmental Policy with the Operation Manager responsible for the co-ordination, implementation and monitoring and recording of the policy throughout the organisation and ensuring that the policy is reviewed annually.
Management throughout the organisation are responsible for the communication of the policy and promoting active participation at all levels, whilst ensuring that activities under their control conform to the legal requirements and that good environmental standards are achieved and maintained.
